We do a first "introduction visit" - doctor led team just comes for introductory chat, basic medical exam. Just tea and conversation. 94% of families who were hesitant continue after meeting our doctors. Interestingly, once parents enroll. They never want to leave the program. We are not an emergency service but we do have Urgent care visits within 24-48 hours for our premium members. We are there for you all year round through whatsapp and Human app. For serious emergencies, we educate and help coordinate visits to Aga Khan, South City, Ziauddin and other nearby hospitals.
After every visit, you get updated and are in touch with your parent's care team via WhatsApp: whether its blood pressure, sugar levels, what medicines were changed, doctor's notes, and next appointment date. You can also call doctor directly with questions. You have access to Human EMR at your fingertips.

Monthly plans start at PKR 13,500 for relatively healthy parents. Our most popular plan is Premium at Rs. 27k/month (99USD). Many of our clients have a caregiver (ranges from Rs 73,000 to Rs 200,000 per month based on need/expertise) arranged through us and a premium plan (Rs. 27,000 per month).
